The Biggest Litter Box We Ever Saw

Hey!  Road Dogs here, coming to you from our local golf course where we have found the world's largest litter box!  And they even have a little rake thingy so you can cover up your, um, "deposits."  We LOVE golf courses!  They have lots of nice grass to walk on, trees to pee on and little ponds where we can get a sip of cool water and then chase the ducks!  How great is this???

Disclaimer:  This picture is NOT of us.  Mom & Dad don't really let us walk on or defile golf courses - but that's because we have our own ponds.  Otherwise, who knows???  Our older brother, Jake, once got run off a golf course that wasn't even completed.  Mom was walking him there 'cause Dad was helping to build the clubhouse.  They were VERY picky about their future golf course.  This, however, is a public course and dogs are allowed on it.

Now, you might know lots of stuff about South Carolina - how people think we're a buncha rednecks and we talk funny, but did you know that SC claims to be First in Golf???

Yep, there it is, right there on our license plates.  We think Bouncing Bertie over there in Scotland might have something to say about this.  (Actually, the license plate refers to SC's status as a number one golfing destination in the US :)  But, it COULD cause an international incident if we're not careful!

That litter box is the best one I've ever seen in all of my 11 years as a kitty and I wish I could move down to SC to buy one for myself! Or will SC deliver one to NH? Hmmmm! My mom does not have a rake for my litter box and that makes me very upset now that I see one here!
My mom says she's been to Hilton Head and Pawley's Island lots of times and her dad practically lived on the golf course during their vacations!

I can see how this must be so appealing for pooches. Especially if they really did have gofers to chase.

Hmmm. I think I'll let you have the 'first in golf' thingie! Golf not a popular topic in this household ever since Donald Trump bought up a beautiful and unspoilt stretch of coastline just six miles north of here and is in the process of digging it all about to create a huge golf resort with a great big ugly hotel and several hundred houses. You can bet your life that dogs will not be allowed anywhere close.
Toode pip!

Well, geez, I didn't know you were first in golf. I don't really know anything about golf or golf courses, but that grass sure does like nice.

Your pal, Pip

P.S.: I have never been to SC or really anywhere outside of the midwest. Life is just not fair.

I can think of a lot better stuff to do with that wide open space besides whack a little ball around on it!
