Artsy Fartsy Friday

When we saw this print on The Handmade Gift Guide, we knew right away it would have to be in our next Artsy Fartsy Friday Feature.  Lisa of RoscoeSlave adds a pop art flair to all her paintings, often using her retired greyhounds Roscoe and Sage as muses.  We just love 'em.  Hope you do, too!  And, psssst, she's have a 40% off sale on some prints in her shop right NOW!
This print reminded us immediately of the grey ladies over at Tales and Tails. We're sure that at least one of them would love to be fed delicate morsels of their favorite treat with chopsticks.

Maggie Mae, is that YOU?

Mr. B?  Miss M?

Lisa also offers commissioned portraits of pretty much any furry critter.

And if you love Lisa's work, but a portrait or print isn't in the budget right now, you can still own a piece of her amazing pop art with a cool bottle cap magnet or an awesome greeting card.

Okay, that's all we're gonna show you!  Go check out Lisa's work in her shop.  You might want to check out her SOLD section, too, to see even more of her artwork!

So cool! And I totally see Mr. B in that 3rd photo--especially if the grey was more on the face. Though, that is definitely Miss M's muppet-tongue. Thanks for keeping us updated!

We've been fans of Miss Lisa's since she first got started! She's on a message board that we visit. Her artwork is amazing and we always love seeing what she's done. You picked a great one for today, Road Dogs!
